Using the whisky wheel he will demonstrate that whisky can be as complicated, fascinating and with a range of flavours as the world of wine. Discover the differences between a blend and a single malt, between the peaty monsters of the western isles and the soft drams of Speyside. Go on a journey of taste where the type of oak barrel governs the feel of the liquid within.
